Heat oven to 350.
Combine coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, & egg white; mix well.
Drop by spoonfuls 1 inch apart onto a well-greased cookie sheet. Bake 16 minutes. Remove at once from cookie sheet to cool on a rack.
