|
Dissolve sugar in water over medium heat.
|
|
|
|
Add peanuts and continue to cook over medium heat stirring mixture. Cook peanuts until they are completely coated and no syrup remains (appr. 30 minutes).

|
|
|
Pour into ungreased cookie sheet and seperate nuts with a fork.
|
|
|
|
Bake at 300° for 30 minutes.
