Mix the cheeses in a bowl. Spread 2 T salsa over half of each tortilla. Sprinkle each with 2 T tomatoes and 1 T chilies. Sprinkle with the cheese mixture. Fold over each tortilla. Brush both sides of the folded tortillas with oil. Place in heated large nonstick skillet. Cook over medium heat 3-4 minutes on each side. Cut each tortilla into 3-4 triangles. Serve with Fresh Guacamole, Salsa Buena and sour cream.
