     Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredients
1 cup sifted flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk
2 eggs
drippings from roast
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix flour and salt; set aside Combine milk and eggs; mix well. Add milk/egg mixture to flour; Beat well until smooth. Pour hot drippings into hot shallow 8x8 pan to depth of 1 inch. Pour flour,salt,milk,egg mixture in drippings quickly. Bake for 1/2 hour.
