In large glass mixing bowl, whip chilled heavy cream with electric mixer, beginning at low speed and increasing to highest speed once cream begins to thicken. Beat until soft peaks begin to form (several minutes).
Add Wildtree mousse mix and chocolate syrup/sugar and beat until fully incorporated and cream mixture thickens to stiff peak stage (about 1 minute). Do not over mix.
Transfer mousse into dessert dishes or ramekins and sprinkle with shaved chocolate. Chill minimum of 30 minutes before serving to allow mousse to set.
