Crust- sift sugar & flour together & cut butter into mixture until fine crumbs form. Press into a 11x15 pan and bake 20 minutes at 350.
Topping- combine first r ingredients in a saucepan & het until well mixed, then stir in pecans. Spread on crust and bake 25 minutes. Cool completely & cut into bars
