Melt butter in skillet. Add chopped celery and chopped onions. Cook until done. (Microwave can be used)

In large casserole dish – mix (drained) peas and (drained) water chestnuts with Cream of Mushroom soup and flour. Stir in the celery and onion mixture.

|
|
Sprinkle top of casserole with crumbled Ritz Crackers.
|
|
|
Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
|
