Wash meat and pat dry, rub with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat butter or oil in a roasting pan. Place meat in pan and Bake for 60 minutes at 350 degrees.

Add chopped onion and tomato and bake an additional 10 minutes. Add 1 cup water and bake an additional 30 minutes. When meat is gray throughout, not pink, remove from pan.

|
|
Add 1 cup water to drippings. Combine cornstarch with sour cream and add to drippings - Too thick, add more water.
