Ingredients
3 Cups Flour
2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
1 ½ Teaspoons Salt
¼ Teaspoon Baking Powder
2 Cups Sugar
1 Cup Vegetable Oil
3 Eggs
2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
2 Cups Zucchini
 
8 Ounces Pineapple
½ Cup Crushed Walnuts (Optional)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together. Put into 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for up to 1 hour.
