     Chicken/Turkey Tortellini Soup

Ingredients
9 Ounces Frozen Cut Broccoli, Thawed
6 Cups Water
3 10 3/4 Ounce Chicken Broth
10 3/4 Ounces Cream of Chicken Soup
2 Cups Chicken Cooked, Cubed or Turkey
1 Cup Onion, Chopped
1 Cup Carrots, Sliced
1/2 Cup Dry Vermouth, or Water
2 Garlic Gloves, Minced
 
1/2 Teaspoon Basil
1/2 Teaspoon Oregano
7 Ounces Tortellini, Cheese-Filled
Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions
Combine water, chicken broth, soup, chicken or turkey, onions, carrots, vermouth, garlic, basil and oregano. Bring to a boil.
Add tortelini, simmer an additional 5-10 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
Serve with parmesan cheese.
Serving Suggestions
Good made with leftover turkey!
