     Pumpkin Swirl Bread

Ingredients
Filling
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 T milk
Bread
3 c. sugar 1 t. salt
15 oz solid pack pumpkin 1/2 t. cloves, ground
 
1 c. canola oil 1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 c. water 1 c. raisins
4 eggs 1/2c. chopped dates
4 c. flour
4 t. punpkin pie spice
2 t. baking soda
1 1/2 t. cinnamon
1 t. bakng powder
1 t. nutmeg

Instructions
In small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg & milk; set aside. In large bowl beat sugar, pumpkin, oil, water & eggs. Combine dry ingredient; gradually add to pumpkin mixture and mix well. Stir in the nuts, raisins & dates. Pour half the mixture into 3 greased and floured 8x4 loaf pans. Spoon filling over batter. Cover filling completely with remaining batter. Bake at 350 for 65-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans. Wrap in foil; refrigerate until serving.
