Mix crushed crackers, sugar & butter . Place enough in 9x13 greased pan to make a crust. Save some for top.
Beat milk and pudding together until thick. Add ice cream and beat again until thick. Pour over crust. Place in refrigerator for about 1 hour. Put Cool Whip over top & sprinkle crumbs over cool whip. Serve can be made night before.
