Ingredients
20 Cashew nuts
8 pcs Cloves
8 pcs Cardamom
3 Bay leaves
1 Onion-chopped
2 Green chillies
2 teaspoon of Ginger garlic paste
500 grams Chicken
1/2 cup of Yogurt
 
1 teaspoon of salt
2 cups of Basmati Rice
1/2 Lime
4 teaspoons of clarified butter or 4 teaspoons of vegetable oil

Instructions
Heat clarified butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add Cashew, cloves, cardamom, bay leaves, onion, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, salt to taste. After 5 minutes, add chicken to it and continue to stir. Add Lime and Yogurt to the above mix. Let it fry in a low flame for 10 mins and then add rice. Transfer the content to a rice cooker and add water to it(1.75 cups of water for 1 cup of rice) Add coriander leaves before serving.
