Saute the garlic in the olive oil in a skillet. Cook for just a few minutes. Remove from the heat. Combine with the olives, red peppers, parsley, salt and pepper in a large ceramic bowl and mix well. Cook and drain pasta. Add pasta sauce and toss to coat. Sprinkle with the feta cheese adn fold into the pasta. Serve immediately.
