     Pesto Garlic Bread

1 loaf Italian or French bread, split, quartered
1/2 c olive oil
1 c Perfect Pesto (recipe in cookbook)
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 c grated parmesan cheese

Place the bread cut side up on a foil-lined baking sheet. Brush with olive oil. Mix the Perfect Pesto and garlic in a bowl. Spread 1/4 c of the mixture on each piece of bread. Sprinkle with the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cut into slices to serve.
