     Old Time Tuna Bake

Ingredients
4 c. uncooked wide egg noodles
1 1/2 c. frozen sweet peas
1 can cream of celery soup
12 oz. can evaporated milk or half n half
1 T. dried minced onion
1 t. seasoned salt
2 cans water packed tuna, drained and flaked
2.8 cans french fried onions
 

Instructions
Cook noodles to desired doneness; adding peas during last minute of cooking time. Drain. Meanwhile, heat oven to 350. In ungreased 2 qt. casserole; combine soup, milk, onion and salt, blend well. Add cooked noodles and tuna; mix well. Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Remove casserole from oven; stir well. Uncover, sprinkle with french-friedd onions. Return to oven, bake uncovered an additional 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
