     Perfect Pie Crust

2 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
1 T. sugar
3/4 c. shortening
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 t. vinegar
3-4 T. cold water

Combine flour, salt and sugar. Evenly cut shortening into flour mixture with pastry blender. Combine egg and vinegar in a small bowl and add to flour mixture. Add water, 1 T. at a time until dough is moist enough to form a ball. Shape
