Beat butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy; beat in vanilla and cinnamon. Stir flour into butter mixture until well blended; add melted chocolate. Cover dough, chill 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350. Shape 2 T. dough into a flat round. Place peanut butter cup on dough and mold dough around it; making sure candy is covered.
Place dough onto ungreased baking sheets, 1 inch apart. Bak eabout 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely on racks.
Microwave frosting in bow on 50 percent power for 5 seconds or until slightly thinned. Using back of a spoon frost each cookie; let frosting set.
Using tube orange icing decorate over chocolate frosting.
Variation- cookie cups, shape dough into 1 inch balls; place balls in lined mini muffin cups ; bake 10 minutes. Remove pan from oven and press peanut butter cups in center of each cookie. Let cool 30 minutes.
