Heat oven to 350.
Mix oats, flour, sugar, coconut, nuts, butter and brown sugar until crumbly; reserve 1 1/2 c of mixter. Pat remaining crumb mix in ungreased 9x13 pan. Bake 15 minutes; cool 5 minutes. Spread with jam.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and egg and pour over jam. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake until tip is golden brown 20-25 minutes. Cool cut into bars.
