Combine boiling water, butter and butter flavoring. Pour over croutons and toss lightly. Spread 1/2 dressing mixture in a 9x13 pan. Make a layer of cooked meat. Combine celery, onion and salad dressings; spoon over meat. Sprinkle rest of croutons over celery mixture. Pour milk over all and refrigerate several hours or overnight. remove from refrigerator and spoon soup over top. Let set 1 hour. Bake 45 minutes at 350. Sprinkle cheese over top and return to oven for 10 minutes to melt cheese.
