1 box yellow cake mix

1 small box vanilla instant pudding

3/4 c crisco oil

10 oz bottle of 7 up

4 eggs

ICING-
|
| |
3 eggs, beaten
|

1 1/2 c sugar
|
| |
2 T flour
|
|

| |
1/2 c margarine
|
| |
1 3/4 c crushed pineapple (not drained)

| |
1 c flaked coconut

Instructions |

|
Mix all cake ingredients with a mixer. Put in 9x13 pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
|
|
|
|
Icing- Cook first five ingredients over medium heat until thick. Add coconut and pour over cake which has een pierced with a fork.
