Wash and dry fillets. Cut into serving pieces. Dip in oil and coat with crushed Wheaties. Arrange a single layer in a lightly oiled baking dish. Bake at 500 degrees for 10 minutes without turning.
In 1981, Ginny's husband Richard, suffered a heart attack. Since then, the entire family has cut back on cholestero, fat and red meat. This is one of their favorite recipes.
