Instructions |

|
Cut mozzarella into small squares.
|
|
|
Roll mozzarella cubes in flour. Dip in egg. Season with salt and pepper and roll in bread crumbs. Dip in egg again and roll in bread crumbs.

Fry in hot olive oil just to brown; serve hot.
