     Pumpkin bread

Ingredients
2 c sugar
3 ½ c flour
1 Tbl baking soda
1 ½ teas salt
1 teas nutmeg
1 teas cinnamon
½ teas cloves
½ teas ginger
2 c pumpkin [small can]
 
¾ c water
1 c oil
4 eggs
2 teas vanilla
1 c walnuts or pecans
Instructions
Mix ingredients together. Bake in 3 loaf pans at 350 for 1 hour.
