Beat together eggs, sugar, and carrots. Then add pineapple, salt, soda, vanilla, and oil. Gradually add in flour. Stir in raisins and walnuts.
Bake in a 13x15 inch pan at 350 for 55 minutes. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
