4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 Gerber carrots, 3rd foods
1 small can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 t. salt
2 t. baking soda
1 T. vanilla
1 c. oil
2 c. flour, sifted
1 c. white raisins
1 c. walnuts, chopped

Beat together eggs, sugar, and carrots. Then add pineapple, salt, soda, vanilla, and oil. Gradually add in flour. Stir in raisins and walnuts. Bake in a 13x15 inch pan at 350 for 55 minutes. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
