     Sauteed Apples

Ingredients
2 T unsalted butter
2 large Golden Delicious apples (about 1 lb), peeled and sliced
12/ c raisins
1/2 t cinnamon
1/4 c maple syrup
 

Instructions
Melt the butter in med non-stick skillet over med-high heat. When butter foams, add the apple slices and saute 5 minutes or until tender. Add raisins, cinnamon and syrup and cook 1 more minute. Remove from heat and cool.
