16 oz. can pumpkin puree
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
2/3 cup water
4 eggs
3 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger

Heat oven to 350. Grease and flour two loaf pans. In a large bowl, blend first five ingredients. Beat 1 minute on medium speed. Add the remaining ingredients;blend until combined. Pour batter in pans, bake for 60-75 minutes. Cool completely.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with milk and eggs for a great breakfast.
