     Fried Snowflakes

Ingredients
3 well beaten eggs
2 tbsp veg oil
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 3/4 cup flour
veg oil (for frying)
powdered sugar (sprinkle on top)
 
Instructions
mix eggs, oil, baking powder, and salt. slowly add flour to make stiff dough. knead by hand for 5 min.
heat oil to 375. roll dough out and cut shapes. fold into 4ths and cut smaller shapes. open dough and fry 2 - 3 at a time 45 seconds per side
drain onto papertowels. cool completely and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
