place the celery in a food processor and process into small pieces. add the sunflower seeds and process into small pieces. add the flax meal and water, mix well use only enough water to make spreadable batter
dehydrate at 104 4 hrs, remove paraflaxx place back on liner and score into 9 slices with a butter knife. dont cut through mesh, dehydrate for another 2-4 hrs or desired consistency,
