     Pineapple Banana Hummingbird mini loaves

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) vanilla instant pudding
4 eggs
1/4 cup veg. Oil
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple, juice drained and 1 cup reserved
2 medium, ripe bananas, well mashed (1 cup)
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Cream cheese glaze-
2 oz. softened cream cheese, 1tablespoon milk and 1/2 cup powered sugar.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Combine cake mix, pudding mix, reserved pineapple juice, eggs and oil in large bowl with mixer 2 minutes. Add crushed pineapple, bananas and nuts. ; mix until just blended. Pour prepared batter into 5 foil mini loaf pans sprayed with non stick cooking spray. Bake 40 minutes or until took pick comes out clean. Cool completely. Drizzle Cream Cheese Glaze over cooled loaves. Garnish with additional chopped pecans,if desired. Cream Cheese Glaze- Combine 2 oz. softened cream cheese with 1 TBS. milk and 1/2 cup confectioners sugar. For a delicious variety substitute 1 cup Maraschino Cherries , drained and halved, for the bananas and omit cinnamon.
