     CINNAMON SWIRL FRENCH TOAST

Ingredients
1 cup of milk
3 eggs
1 tsp of vanilla
2 tsp of cinnamon
1/2 tsp of nutmeg
8 slices of cinnamon bread
butter for the pan and serving
maple syrup
 

Instructions
In a large bowl beat together the eggs, cinnamon, vanilla, milk and nutmeg. Set a non-stick skillet on medium heat and put butter in pan. Put each slice of bread in the liquid mix and coat each side. When each side is coated, put the bread into the pan and cook for 3 minutes on each side or until slightly browned. Serve hot with butter and maple syrup.
