3 TBLS soy sauce

2 TBLS honey

1 TBLS vegetable oil

Juice of 1 Line

1 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp freshly chopped cilantro

4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

Instructions |

|
In a small bowl combine soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil, lime juice, garlic and cilantro.

Cut chicken into large chunks, skewer onto bamboo sticks that have been soaked in water for 5 minutes. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
|

|
Grill on medium high heat for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, until juices run clear.
