4 Large Bars of Ghiradelli's White Chocolate, Chunked
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly coat with no-stick cooking spray. Beat butter, sugar and brown sugar in large bowl at medium speed of electric mixer until creamy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in small bowl. Beat into butter mixture until blended. Stir in oats, dried cranberries, and white chocolate. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until light brown. Cool on baking sheets 2 minutes. Place on cooling rack to cool completely.
Tips- Substitute 1 C. dried cherries, dried blueberries, currants, candy coated chocolate candies, for cranberries if desired.
Add in 1 C. Chopped walnuts, pecans, pistacios, or hazelnuts if desired.
