Combine mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, parsley,
horseradish, eggs, and old bay. Sture well
Crush saltines finely! Combine with crab meat. Mix
well.
Combine sauce and crab meat. (If mixture is dry,
add mayonnaise as needed). Mix well! Top with a
little extra Old Bay.
Roll into firm 6oz balls. Cover in plastic wrap on
tray/dish and refrigerate for atleast 6 hours.
May be broiled, fried, or deep fried.
For broil or fried- lightly coat in baking spray,
or melted butter. Cook until golden brown on
both sides.
For deep fry- cook until light brown.
