     Homemade Bread

Ingredients
1 package of yeast
2 c Warm water
1 c sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs well beaten
7 cups of flour
 

Instructions
Add yeast to warm water and mix well. Set aside for about five minutes. In a seperate small bowl beat eggs really well. I normally do one at a time. In a large mixing bowl add your yeast mixture, eggs, sugar, salt. Mix well. Add four cups of flour and mix well until there is no lumps. Add remaining flour one cup at a time until you are able to kneed.
Let rise until double it size. Kneed it again and seperate into loafs. Place into a grease bread pan and let rise again to double its size. Bake until the bread is done or until top is golden brown about 25 to 30 minutes.
