Heat large high-sided saute pan over medium-high
heat. Add olive oil. Once hot, add sausages and
brown on all sides, for about 6 minutes. remove
from pan onto plate. Add garlic and saute until
golden and brown. stir in tomatoes, red pepper
flakes and season with salt and pepper. reduce
heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes, until
tomatoes have broken down and thickened to a
sauce-like consistency.
