8 Ounces Whipped Cream Cheese, Plain or Garden Vegetable
1/4 of a Small Red Onion, Finely Minced, or More
Juice of One Lemon
Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
Flake the salmon into small pieces. Add whipped cream cheese. Add onion. Add lemon juice and fresh ground pepper incrementally to taste. Stir until well blended.
Add more pepper, onion or lemon juice if desired, especially after it’s been refrigerated overnight.
Serve with crackers, cracked pepper water crackers are the best accompaniment but any good cracker of your choice works just fine.
