	1 Cup buttermilk or sour milk
	1 Cup chopped rhubarb - chopped fine
	1 Tsp soda in milk
	dash of salt - vanilla
	1/4 Cup white sugar

1 Tsp cinnamon mixed - sprinkle on top and bake
