|

2 T Sugar
|
|
2 t Baking powder
|

1/2 t Cinnamon
|
|
1/2 t Ginger
|
|
1/2 t Nutmeg
|

1/2 t Salt
|
|
1 pinch cloves
|
|
1 C 1% low-fat milk
|
|
|
|
6 T Pumpkin puree
|
|
2 T Melted butter
|
|
1 egg
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

|
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Whisk flour, sugar, baking posder, spices and solt in a bowl
|
|
|
in a seperate bowl whisk together milk, pumpkin, melted butter, and egg.
|
|
|
Fold mixture into dry ingredients.
|
|
|
Spray or grease a skillet and heat over medium heat- pour in fourth Cup batter for each pancake. 3 minutes per side.
