2 T. BAKING POWDER
3 C. SUGAR
1/2 C. BUTTER ROOM TEMP
6 EGGS
1/2 C. HEAVY CREAM
1/2 t. ALMOND EXTRACT
2 C. CHOPPED NUTS
1 1/2 C. DRIED CRANBERRIES
 

Instructions
BEAT SUGAR AND BUTTER 1-2 MIN. BEAT IN CREAM AND ALMOND. BEAT IN FLOUR TILL DOUGH COMES TOGETHER.MIX IN NUTS AND CRANBERRIES.
ON LIGHTLY FLOURED BOARD DIVIDE DOUGH INTO 8 PARTS.ROLL INTO 12 INCH ROLL ADD LITTLE MORE FLOUR NO MORE THAN 1/4 C. IF NEEDED.
BAKE 25 MIN AT 350 TILL GOLDEN. COOL 10 MIN, SLICE 1/4-1/2 INCH SLICES. BAKE 7 MIN TURN BAKE ANOTHER 7 MIN, COOL ON PAN 5 MIN.
ICE WITH MELTED WHITE CHOCOLATE.
