13 apples, peeled, cored, and cubed (9 granny smith and 4 gala)
2 C Sugar
3 t Cinnamon (or more for taste)
1/2 t Cloves (or more for taste)
Instructions
Put everything in a crock pot, stir to coat, then put on high for an hour. Then put on low for another 10 hours or so. After cooking halfway you need to vent the lid so it thicks. Is should mush up when you stir it.
