     Baked Trout with Herbs

Ingredients
1 trout
1tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
3/4 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 dried thyme
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp butter
salt
lemon pepper
 

Instructions
Lay open trout and sprinkle the herbs, lemon juice, salt and pepper inside. Dot with slices of butter. Bake at 400 degrees, 10-15 minutes until done. Remove skin and serve.
