Ingredients
Powdered milk 1 cup
White flour 1 teasp
Egg 1
Ghee/Butter 1/2 teasp
Baking Powder 1 teasp
Sugar 1 cup
Water 2 cup
Cardamon 2
 

Instructions
Put powdered milk, white flour, egg, ghee/butter, baking powder in a bowl. Mix the ingredients well.
Make small balls of this mixture. Fry in oil on low flame until brown.
Now cook sugar and cardamon in water to make syrup. When sugar melt and mixture thickens throw fried balls in a sugar syrup and cook for 2 to 3 mins on flame.
Top with almond and silver paper.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with sugar syrup
