Ingredients
1 large can Cream of Chicken
1 can rotel
1 onion chopped
2 garlic cloves
4 chicken breast diced
1/2 lb velveta
1 fajita seasoning
1 bag frozen corn
 
Instructions
Boil chicken, onion and garlic. use half of stock for soup.Dice or shred chicken add rotel seasoning and corn simmer. Add cheese and stir till melted.
