Combine chocolate pudding, sugar, evaporated milk, and margarine. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil. Lower heate and boil slowly for 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heate and quickly stir in peanuts. Beat until candy thickens. Drop from teaspoon onto waxed paper, forming clusters.
