6 Slices mozzarella or Monterrey Jack cheese, thinly sliced
6 slices Vienna bread (or any good coarse bread)
1 small onion, thinly sliced
6 slices bacon, cooked to your liking
1 small tomato, thinly sliced
1 avocado, thinly sliced
soft butter or margarine
Instructions
Place half of the cheese on 3 slices fo bread. Top with onion, bacon, tomato, avocado, remaining cheese and bread. Spread top slices of bread with butter/margarine.
Place sandwiches, margarine/butter side down, in skillet. Cook uncovered over medium heat about 5 minutes or until golden brown. Turn and cooke 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
