     Blackened Tilapia Tacos

Ingredients
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1 1/2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp dried oregano
3/4 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cumin
4 Tilapia filets
1 tbsp canola oil
Cabbage Slaw (see below)
 
Guacamole (see below
Tortillas
Cheese

Instructions
Combine paprika and next 6 ingredients (through ground red pepper); sprinkle evenly over fish. Heat oil in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add fish to pan; cook 3 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
CABBAGE SLAW 1/2 small head red cabbage 1/4 yellow onion 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro 1/2 cup sour cream 1 chipotle or jalapeno finely chopped Juice of 1/2 lime 1 tablespoon honey Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper Shred the cabbage and red onion. Add to a large serving bowl with the chopped cilantro. Mix the sour cream, chipotle, lime juice, honey, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl. Add the dressing to the grated cabbage. Allow the mixture to marinate for at least 30 minutes and up to 8 hours before serving
GUACAMOLE 3 avocados 1 jalapeno 1/4 onion Juice of 1 1/2 lime Salt Ground Pepper Sriracha or Hot Sauce Mash ingredients
