1 8oz container of fat free frozen whipped topping
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix together the pumpkin, milk and pudding mix. Stir in the pumpkin pie spice and fold in 1/2 of whipped topping. Pour in 8inch pie plate and spread remaining whipped topping.
Chill for 1 hour or until set
Note- can also pour into graham cracker pie shell , which seems to set better
