In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Set
aside. In a saucepan over medium heat, brown butter--set
aside to cool.
In the kitchenaid bowl, combine all wet ingredients. Slowly add
flour mixture until well combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
Refrigerate dough for 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 350. Make flat dough circles with 1 1/2 tbsps
of dough at a time. Place 1 tsp of chilled Nutella in the middle
of 1/2 of the circles. Cover each Nutella filled circle with a plain
circle. Seal the edges to prevent leaking.
Place dough balls on cookie sheet, 2 inches apart. Bake 9-16
minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle tops with sea salt and
set aside to cool.
