     Mexican Fruit Cake

Ingredients
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 t. baking soda
2 eggs
1 c. pecans chopped
1/3 c. oil
1- 15 oz can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. coconut
 

Instructions
Mix all ingredients in bowl. Stir by hand until completely mixed. Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 for 40-45 min. Ice cake after it cools
Icing. 1- 8 oz cream cheese softened 2 c. powdered sugar 1 stick butter 1 t. vanilla
